DTE is an online magazine driven to showcase outstanding Historically Black Colleges and Universities marching bands. DTE will tour the HBCU major football classics., Homecomings, and national televised games and promote the HBCU marching bands thru media. DTE was founded in July of 2004. The company headquarters is based on Montgomery, AL
